PAT MARTIN'S KABAYAKI TILAPIA - FROM EPISODE 101

For the sauce:

1/2 cup soy  sauce
1/2 cup mirin
1/4 cup  sugar

Combine in saucepan over low heat.  Stir until sugar is dissolved.

Brush on  Tilapia filets. Cook over low heat on  grill.

Sauteed  Cattail

Clean cattail root. Slice  lengthwise into strips.
Sautee  with olive oil and  garlic.
